Receive your rewards:

We’ll email you with a link to our rewards website so you can choose your gift card(s), or you may log in at any time.

Residents can rent Appliance Warehouse machines in two ways: Signing up directly at residentdirect.appliancewhse.com, or by calling (800) 693-4343.

Appliance Warehouse fulfills machine orders and is a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC ServiceWorks.

When a resident at your community is approved to rent a washer and dryer, the agent with a Appliance Warehouse Referral account will receive an email notification that a referral is ready to claim.

You may claim as many of your referrals that are approved.

At this time, referral reward may only be received for residents who rent both a washer and dryer from Appliance Warehouse.

We are currently unable to match residents with their exact referrer. Please speak with the Referring Administrator in your office.

You will receive a Rewards email with a link to our Rewards website. After clicking the link in the email, you will have access to a selection of e-gift cards to choose from, including your favorite restaurants and stores. You may also log into the Rewards website at any time.

After selecting your e-gift cards and checking out on the Rewards website, you’ll instantly receive a separate email with your e-gift card.

Yes, e-gift cards may be used in stores or online. Instructions will be included in your rewards email.

After clicking the link in your Rewards email, you will be able to see your total balance on the Rewards website.

Yes. You may select multiple gift cards in $5.00 increments or put the total balance on one card.

Our program currently only offers e-gift card rewards.

At this time, we are only offering e-gift cards.

No, there are no expiration dates on e-gift cards.

Once you claim a referral and receive an email with a link to our rewards site, you have 12 months to redeem the rewards before they expire.
