CSC Referral Rewards Program Rules

• Program Duration
  CSC ServiceWorks reserves the right to discontinue the CSC Referral Rewards Program (the "Program") at any time, without creating any right of recourse by any participant.
  
  
• Participant Qualifications
  CSC ServiceWorks has the sole discretion to accept any participant into the Program. A request to participate in the Program constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of these rules by the participant. CSC ServiceWorks may revoke the acceptance of any participant in the Program at any time.
  
  
• No Guaranty of Referral Fees
  CSC makes no guarantee that you will receive any referral fees by participating in the Program.
  
  
• Award of Referral Fees
  The award of Rewards shall be in the sole discretion of CSC ServiceWorks; as is the determination of the manner in which earned Reward payments shall be delivered to Referral Agents. Any conflicting claims to Rewards payment shall be resolved solely at the discretion of CSC ServiceWorks. Rewards payments are not assignable.
  
  
• No Agency or Employment Relationship
  Participation in the Program does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between any participant and CSC ServiceWorks. At no time may the Referral Agent position itself as affiliated with CSC ServiceWorks. Participants shall be solely responsible for any individual tax liability resulting from their participation in the Program.
  
  
• Referral Agent Activities
  Placement of advertisements and referral methods for CSC ServiceWorks are at the sole discretion of the Referral Agent. The Referral Agent shall not make promises or issue any warranty, either expressed or implied, pertaining to the rental of CSC ServiceWorks equipment, unless authorized in writing by CSC ServiceWorks.
  
  
• Expiration of Referral Fees
  Referral rewards that have been sent out after a referral has been claimed will expire if not redeemed for gift cards within 12 months. It is the responsibility of the referring agent to redeem rewards once a notification has been sent.
